ORGANIZATION FINDER

Welcome to the Common Cents Orgnazation Finder!

How to Register

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
  1. Identify projects within your organization that students can fund or volunteer their time to help (or both!).

  2. Consider how to educate students about your work. For example, host students on a site visit or make a presentation at their school.

  3. Designate a contact person to handle all inquiries and communication with Penny Harvest students.

For more information, see:

Registered organizations are listed in The Organization Finder on our website and visible to thousands of student grant makers. To become "registered," organizations must commit to work with and help maximize the students' learning during the Penny Harvest Program.

Registering is as easy as 1-2-3 -- and only takes 10 minutes..

  1. Read and agree to the terms below
  2. Create a username and password
  3. Fill in your organization's profile.

After we approve the profile, it will appear immediately on The Organization Finder for students to browse and evaluate for funding.

Terms of Agreement

  • Our organization recognizes the educational objectives of the Penny Harvest programs and will not put the needs of our organization before the potential learning outcomes for students.
  • Our organization will make a good-faith effort to partner with students who contact us and will comply with the the Penny Harvest Grantee Guidelines.
  • Our organization will keep all of the information in our entry current and will be solely responsible for its accuracy.
  • Our organization is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization OR a school, library, volunteer center or museum.
  • Our organization does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation or country of origin. [Note: grants may be made to religious or faith-based organizations or programs ONLY if the grant supports a program that serves all, e.g. a church food pantry that serves all needy people in the community.]
  • On behalf of my organization, I agree to the above requirements and wish to register my organization with the Penny Harvest.
