  • Our organization is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization OR a school, library, volunteer center or museum.

  • Our organization does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation or country of origin. [Note: grants may be made to religious or faith-based organizations or programs ONLY if the grant supports a program that serves all, e.g. a church food pantry that serves all needy people in the community.]

  • On behalf of my organization, I agree to the above requirements and wish to register my organization with Penny Harvest.
